We're hiring a Platform Engineer to own the infrastructure and tooling our engineering org runs on. Responsibilities: - Design and operate our Kubernetes-based infrastructure across staging and production - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that engineering teams rely on daily - Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform) for cloud resources across environments - Own observability - metrics, logging, tracing - and be part of the on-call rotation - Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives - Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment safety and developer experience Requirements: - 3+ years operating production infrastructure - Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration - Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) - Comfortable with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred) - networking, IAM, cost management - Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar) - Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation - Bonus: incident response / on-call experience, CI/CD pipeline design
